Your questions, answered.

  • Subscriptions are available for selected consumables, such as filters, vacuum bags, and cleaning products. To find out if a product is available for subscription, search for your appliance using the PNC above, then check the product page. If subscription is available, you'll see the option to subscribe directly on the page. You'll need an Electrolux account to manage your subscriptions.

  • Once subscribed, we schedule shipments based on the frequency you selected. You will receive an email confirmation (Shipping Confirmation) each time an order is on its way. We only ship the item if it is in stock; if an item is discontinued, we will notify you immediately rather than sending a substitute.

  • You are charged only when each order is shipped, not in advance. The price is based on the cost of the product at the time of shipping. If a price change occurs, you will see the new price in your order confirmation email before shipping. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel the subscription immediately via your account.

  • No. Your subscription runs indefinitely for your convenience, but there is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Electrolux account. If you cancel after a Shipping Confirmation has been sent, that specific order will still be delivered and charged, but no further orders will follow.

  • These subscription-specific terms apply in addition to the standard Electrolux General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They specifically cover the recurring ordering and delivery process of your consumables.

  • Besides your ability to stop the subscription service anytime in your account, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal for the products you receive. For detailed information and a sample withdrawal form, please refer to our full Terms and Conditions.

  • Yes. You can adjust how often you receive deliveries at any time from My Pages.
