Dishwasher Drainage Channel
This is the plastic tube running from the water supply at the back of your dishwasher cavity to the upper spray arm. If the channel is either blocked with limescale or cracked, water won't be flowing as it should. This will mean that the dishes in the upper basket won't be getting cleaned properly. Fortunately replacing the channel is usually a simple job.
